Don’t want to commit to long-term coaching? This 60-minute session is great for Q&A, and you’ll leave with a few things to start working on that will get you closer to your health goals.

Personally, I used to ONLY run (cardio nut!) but once I started strength training with an athletic focus I have NEVER moved better or felt stronger.
